  We stay on the 9th floor in a Towers Room. The Towers room was massive, full size bed, LCD TV, DVD player, Hairdryer, Sofa and Armchair, Coffee machine (as part of minibar). The view out of the window was pretty amazing as well, as we had a room that overlooked the Creek. You also get access to the towers lounge, which is a large quite with a few sofas, single computer internet access, and a TV. Here you have access to complimentary coffee, tea and non-alcoholic drinks. Canap?s are served around tea time, and complimentary alcohol is served between 6.30-8pm. Breakfast is served in the Towers Lounge (continental) or in the Italian restaurant in the lobby (full range of items). The atmosphere downstairs is much better, and you have the option of seating on the terrace above the pool over looking the Creek. The Service of the staff is flawless. The person that stands out the most was the concierge. He knew practically everything about where to go and what to do. Having a Towers reservation we were picked up from the airport in a Porsche Cayenne, quite a welcome to my first trip to Dubai. The hotel interior is lovely, though I am told it is not as grand as some of the hotels further out of the city. The Lobby restaurant serves excellent food.
