We have stayed at this hotel 4 times now, keep going back since our company books the rooms. All of the people here are just fantastic from check in, to maid service to concierge. Our only huge issue is the bedding. I find the mattress to be quite comfortable, but the sheets crinkle like newspaper or plastic. There was also a blanket/cover thingy this year that was plastic we had to use it, the top comforter was very heavy and with no real air flow in the winter other than warm we found the evenings to be a bit warmish for us. This hotel is next door to the convention center, only about 6 blocks from Pike's Market and very convenient to lots of shopping, dining etc. Next year I just will take my own sheets. I have left comments two years in a row about the issue with the bedding but I guess not enough people tell them.

We had a deal for Sheraton Seattle. We tried to check in at 3:30 but they ""did not have a room clean yet"" They were apologetic & held our luggage for us. We had a late lunch & returned an hour later & were able to get into our room. Neat, clean, quiet. They have free wireless internet in the lobby or you pay a $ charge per night if you want access in your room. We were satisfied with our stay & would be willing to return again. Easy check out by TV, phone, or express boxes.

The room was just OK. To add insult to injury an Ethernet computer connection was an addition $9.00 a day! Valet parking (required) was an addition $33.00 a day! The room did have a safe to store my computer when I was out. I appreciate that. The hotel is triangular shaped. I stayed in one of the corners. There were four doors next to each other. The room was noisy with all of the doors shutting during the night. The location is great if you want to explore downtown Seattle. The hotel is close to the convention center. The Grill restaurant on the property was a good restaurant. I split the breakfast with a friend and it was more than either of us could eat. The hotel was overpriced and disappointing for the amount of money paid. Not my favorite hotel in Seattle.
