  This hotel was very nice. even though they were doing renovations,everything was nice and clean. the staff was very friendly.

  Could not use the electronic keys. had to go to office 3 times and they tried to fix them and still did not work. they finally gave us a regular ...

  Could not use the electronic keys. Had to go to office 3 times and they tried to fix them and still did not work. They finally gave us a regular key to use. The bathroom ceiling was coming apart and mold was growing from it. The bottom of the bathroom wall baseboard was also gone and mold was starting to grow there also. The bathroom faucet was so loose that you had to hold it with one hand and then pull the faucet up to have water come on.

  Right next to the ice machine. it made so much noise that we could not sleep. when we checked in, there was no towels in the room. the cleaning staff ...

  Right next to the ice machine. It made so much noise that we could not sleep. When we checked in, there was no towels in the room. The cleaning staff was just down the hall & we had to ask them for towels. The towels they had, were in a plastic bag on the floor. When they got them out, most of the towels fell on the floor, but they still got them for us as if nothing was wrong. We do not recomend this hotel. Pay a little more and get a good room somewhere else.

  The beds had a strong smoke smell as did the rest of the room and we requested non smoking, the toilet became plugged two times, and the room was full ...

  the beds had a strong smoke smell as did the rest of the room and we requested non smoking, the toilet became plugged two times, and the room was full of ants all over the counters and table.

  We stayed here for the indoor pool and breakfast. everything was great. hotel central to tourist stuff. staff nice. would stay here again!
