Beautiful grounds, this hotel makes you feel like you are royalty from the moment you drive up to the property. Beautiful decor incredibly friendly staff, great food and the rooms are spacious with all the amenities you would expect at a 4 star hotel. My husband and I went for a romantic get away and the hotel staff met all of our needs and more making our evening together all the more special. This hotel is in a great location close to some great restaurants and beautiful scenery, but secluded enough to where there isn't a lot of traffic. Room service was wonderful and quick, the staff was very friendly and very personable The Omni Houston can make any one feel like they are the most important guest on the property. They had a wedding reception there while we were there but you wouldn't know that it was so well managed and the noise level was non existent. They offer free parking which is a bonus but we took advantage of the parking garage directly in front of the hotel, they offer valet parking as well, and the rooms feature a well stocked mini bar and his and her bath robes. I highly recommned this hotel to any one wanting a romantic get away or to pamper themselves at their wonderful spa we are definantly going back. Just awesome it was definantly money well spent.

The Omni Houston Hotel was really close to where we were located. It was a very nice hotel and I very much enjoyed my trip. I would recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Houston. The rooms were very large and the beds were extreamly comfortable. I think that anyone traveling with friends or even families would enjoy this hotel.

Overall positive experience. Only had one problem w.r.t. two separate beds vs. one bed, and they insisted it was my mistake (it wasn't). I think they should have given me the benefit of the doubt. Otherwise, everything has been great. Rooms are adequate, and have wifi. Also, there are computers in the lobby. General atmosphere in the hotel is good. Location is right in the heart of downtown. Regarding other comment about homeless closeby, that's unfortunately downtown Houston for you. Hotel is within a short walk from lots of nighttime entertainment.
