I was so excited to open my Italian wood windows shutters I looked out & there was the Vatican! It was right down the street. Over across the street there was a charming little cafe for Romans, not tourists. I was so close to the Vatican, which was perfect. The room was nice and clean, not extremely luxurious, but perfect for a 4 days stay. The bathroom was nice with a huge tub and shower. I was very happy here. I would definitely stay again. It was clean and neat, and the management was quite accommodating!

I went to Rome italy and stayed 6 days in this hotel,every thing was ok,my trip was from march 28 to april 3 2009.If I return to italy it would be my first choice,I enjoyed my room,breakfast and services,people were nice and helpful,location of this hotel mas perfect,to walk to the vatican area,shops around ,a marquet place around the block,near metro station,china restaurant near,and some days public shoes ,clothing vendors.great location.

Was transferred to Atlante Star located at Via Vitelleschi instead of staying at Atlante Garden Hotel. Very good location. Staff is very helpful. Enjoyed very much the buffet breakfast. Also, we have a good view of the Vatican at Les Etoiles Restaurant at the 6th floor. We will definitely stay again in this hotel. The hotel offers shuttle services to and from the airport for a fee. Highlights of our trip - On April 26, 2009, we attended the mass held by the pope at the Vatican to celebrate the canonization of the five saints . On his way to the altar, the pope passed our area. He was 10 feet away from us so we saw him very clear. We enjoyed very much our trip. Rome is awesome.

03/23/2009The hotel was very clean, great location, great breakfast, the staff was always there to help you in any way, the free airport pick-up was a great use.
