Hotel staff was very nice,including friendly housekeeping employees .The entire complex was clean & very well maintained.Beds & bed linens were nicer than your avg. hotel.Only negative about hotel:window treatments in room could not betotally drawn;only a semi- sheer curtain covered window which made it hard to sleep once the sun came up.We would definitely stay there again.

Our trip was fine. The front desk personel was friendly & Prompt. My room was nice & Clean, however my son & Daughter in laws room had a leaky air conditioner, which had left a musty odor in the room, and the carpet wet around the air conditioner. otherwise, the continental breakfast was nice.

Our trip was fine. The front desk personel was friendly & Prompt. My room was nice & Clean, however my son & Daughter in laws room had a leaky air conditioner, which had left a musty odor in the room, and the carpet wet around the air conditioner. otherwise, the continental breakfast was nice.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and rooms were nice. Excellent hot breakfast bar. Since we were with our soccer team and it was raining and muddy all weekend, our girls uniforms needed washing. Just our luck that they were just finishing renovating a few things and the washer/dryer wasn't working. But the staff were so good at allowing us to use the nice hotel accross the way (about ten feet walk) that we washed for free with free detergent and stuff. That is what you call good service. And our price was very reasonable. I would definitely stay here next year when we come back to the Vulcan Cup Soccer tournament.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for one night on our drive home from Florida. The location of the hotel was very beautiful and the hotel itself was at one time very nice I'm sure, However, the hotel's maintenance is quite lacking. My daughter and son-in-law could not even get into their room because somehow the door had been locked from the inside (we would have thought that housekeeping would have noticed that??), the towel rack was broken in their room and the phone in our adjoining room did not work. The worst of it though (and admittedly not the fault of the hotel) was the fact that a person staying in one of the rooms across the hall had left their very smelly shoes and socks out in the hallway. Upon getting off the elevator and smelling those shoes and socks our whole family wanted to wretch! Thank goodness the doors to our rooms acted as buffers. When we arrived to the hotel it was a bit late, but my granddaughter still wanted to swim so my son-in-law took her down to the pool. Several of the lights were broken around the pool area, so lighting was poor, and the pool was very cold, so needless to say, they didn't swim for long. I have to say that the highlight of the experience was the Italian restaurant right next door, excellent!!
