Le Parc was very nice and clean. The most beautiful view in California was from the rooftop pool. Employees, especially the valets were EXTREMELY nice. The only 2 complaints that I have is parking was $*/night (HATED THAT!) & called for a pizza delivery from the hotel room phone and it was $* for 2 calls.

Beautiful hotel! Loved the pool area! Nice stay, clean room! I had some requests and they were all met. After reading other reviews, I was not even aware that they had a town car that could be rented right at the hotel. The only drawback for me is that we were not aware of the * per day charge for parking our rental car. Nothing was said, nothing is posted on the website. We found out once we checked out and open our folded up receipt that there was an extra $*, almost, charge for parking. Very unhappy about this and 4 days later still no call from the manager to discuss. All in all the hotel staff was very friendly and handled all requests promptly and friendly. Probably would stay again.

The hotel was very awesome. My regret was being too tired to leave the room once we returned from our excursions. We should have spent time in the pool area. It was very nice. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. As we did not rent a car, everything seemed very far away we walked to Hollywood Blvd and the shopping areas. Depending on what you want to do, I suggest renting a car even if it is scary. I think driving around downtown ;around the hotel, going to the beach, would be okay. Next time, if we don't rent a car, we will rent the hotel's town car for the day. That would get us to the beach, etc. a lot faster than the confusing bus system.

The property itself is nice. The rooms are large and pretty, with soft linens on the bed. There is no central AC -- only a window unit and it's in the kitchen area, so the bedroom and bathroom got stuffy and hot after showers. Our credit/debit card was charged TWICE for incidentals and the money wasn't credited back for 5 days. We checked out on a Friday, so we had no money all weekend and for 2 days of the next week. I had to call more than once to get the problem corrected. Also, be sure to read your bill from the restaurant upstairs. My friend was over charged for breakfast --. The pool was not open due to construction. We were not informed of this before check-in. We will most likely not stay here again.

I've stayed here twice now, and I'm coming back for a third stay. No issues at all. They have an entire floor of smoking rooms. The second room I got was much nicer than the first, and had newer couch, etc. TV's are fine, have cc feature and really clean. The staff, from valet to desk clerk to the hostess in the bar/restaurant are all very nice and very happy. They aim to please.
