We stayed one night with our small children on the tenth floor with an adjoining door. We loved the sixties character of the hotel and our children loved being in a round building. The entire staff including the front desk, restaurant and house cleaning were extremely nice and efficient. The breakfast and lunch buffets were delicious and kid friendly. One of our toilets overflowed from too much toilet paper and the staff had it under control within a few minutes. Although the hotel is old, it is very clean with smart minimal updates. Also, the shuttle is a nice option, but not necessary on a weekday in the off -season. We found reasonably priced parking all over the city. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Stayed here rather than in the historic district and were glad we did. Restaurant/bar view was nice at night and for breakfast. Food was all right. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Not a good choice for business travel as our room did not have a desk. Rather small, but functional and fine. Staff is very friendly and wiling to help. They pay attention and genuinely seem to want to please. Location very convenient. Parking is free. Not the Ritz, but perfect for a weekend getaway where you aren't spending a lot of time in the room and just need a nice place to stay.

Great location, just minutes from everything downtown. Check in was quick (took less than 5 minutes) and the desk clerk was very friendly. The room was pretty good although our door did take some effort to close. Other than that everything was great. Will definitely stay here again!
