I was most impressed upon our arrival at The Ritz Carlton. We were met by a very friendly and attentive group of hotel staff that took their time in explaining to us the lay out of the hotel and many different points of interest. The hotel itself was impeccable and very luxurious. We were there for a long weekend but became very fond of several of the staff members. X and X were our Bellmen, Hostess X, X and X our waitresses, and Xour beach attendant took great care in making us feel welcome. The rooms were also lovely and spotless. For anyone who wants a most memorable stay in Palm Beach, you must go to The Ritz!

Ritz Carlton is definitely doing something right at its Palm Beach property. We are discerning and discriminating travelers who travel frequently. This was our first stay in Palm Beach and we will ONLY stay at the Ritz there. We were impressed from the moment we stepped into the gorgeous lobby and were greeted warmly/professionally from the staff during our entire 4 night stay. Our stay was so comfortable and exceptional that my avid golfer husband skipped tee times twice to relax at the hotel. The new spa is amazing. The design elements and spa offerings are top notch. We have stayed at dozens of Ritz Carltons and Four Seasons throughout the world and this one was the best by far. I was reluctant to post a review as I wanted to keep this gem to myself, but felt I had to share.
