- SEASONAL HOURS: The Oasis Water Park is closed and will re-open late February
- The Arizona Grand Resort packages all resort service items under one daily Resort Fee, which includes Fitness Center admittance, complimentary valet parking, Internet access, and in season 4 daily passes to the Oasis Water Park. The Resort Fee is a 30.00 daily charge per room and is paid to the hotel directly upon check-in.
- The resort's address recently changed. If you use online mapping (Google, Yahoo, Mapquest) or a GPS system to locate the resort by address, please reference 7777 S. Pointe Parkway, Phoenix, AZ 85044. The resort is located at the SW corner of I-10 and Baseline Road.

I travel on business 2 weeks out of the month and just recently started coming to Phoenix. This hotel was one of the best experiences I have had. The room was huge and the finish out was great. It reminded me of a high end condo. I had a patio overlooking the golf course, full kitchen, etc. Every person on the staff was incredibly nice and went out of their way to make me happy. I will ALWAYS stay here when I come back to this area.

I stayed here for a conference. The hotel was nice that staff so accomodating, from begining to end, they knew names, where events were being held. There were two groups on property at the time, and went out ot their way to make sure everyone enjoyed all the resort had to offer. The close location to the airport makes getting to and from the property a breeze..

Older hotel, apartment building layout. Nicer outside then in the room. Small TV and hard beds. DON'T FORGET TO PLAN FOR... "The Resort Fee is a daily charge per room and is paid to the hotel directly upon check-in." Water park is small. We went on a non-holiday weekday (during the school season) and it was crowded.

Very nice resort, but be cautious of additinal fees that quickly add up. Daily resort fees when you inc taxes, and the wet bar and additioal services on the resort are expensive - check before you use. Very nice water park - check with staff to find out went it is open. The pools appeared to be off limit to kids. The resort is beautiful, clean and the staff friendly. Parking was a little difficult - it was difficult to get a space close to te room. All the way rm Maryland

We left a shopping bag in the room, and notified the front desk within the hour that we left. We were told the bag could be mailed to us, so we continued our 4 1/2 hour drive home. We did not receive our bag with bran new Ed Hardy shoes, and Disneyland souveniers back! The cleaning staff has denied the bag being left in the room, as well as the security personel! I CAN NOT RECOMMEND A RESORT although very nice WITH DISHONEST STAFF, THAT HAS NO RESPECT FOR A PERSONS BELONGINGS! We were also told a refridgerator would be able for use, but the only one in room was locked as the mini bar.
