  Very disappointing for a holiday inn express, bathrooms were dirty and the room smelled of mildew and was musty. Towels that were supplied were old and dirty - no white towels here. Only good thing was bed was half way decent - but everything else in the room was dirty. Would not stay again.

  I found this hotel in bad need of repairs. the stairwells were dirty and the treads on the stairs had rips in them where someone could trip and fall. my ...

  I found this hotel in bad need of repairs. The stairwells were dirty and the treads on the stairs had rips in them where someone could trip and fall. My room was dirty. The floor had visible dirt on it. It looked like it had only had a quick vacuuming. The bathtub was in need of a good scrubbing, there was visible discoloration in the tub. I was very disappointed to say the least. I have stayed at many Holiday Inn Expresses before and have always found them to be top-notch. I won't be staying here again.

  I have stayed here on two different occasions and both times had a fantastic experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. The shuttle to and from the airport is reliable and prompt. The rooms are clean and comfortable, I have recommended this hotel to many people and have heard only positive comments about their stays as well.

  Beds are saggy, rooms have a mildewy smell. The toilet has a water ring stain in it. I am an elite rewards member with this hotel group and they did not honor my room request ahead of time. The front desk clerk had to change the reservation 3 times to move me to a room on an upper level, and only when I asked where the elevators were did she mention that this hotel did not have an elevator. I will not stay here again.
