Nice experience
12/01/2009Hotel was clean, personel friendly and breakfast was excellent. we had a little trouble with the key cards, but these were fixed. would stay there again.

11/23/2009Stay was very pleasant. we will use the baymont inn & suite again for our business clients. breakfast was good, room was very good. rate was the orginal attraction.

My room was filthy and smelled of dust and urine. When my daughter put on her white socks to go to the restroom, she came back with white socks with black soles. The "interesting pattern" to the linoleum backsplash around the sink came off on my fingers. I made the manager walk through the room with me to see the filth for herself. They offered me another room that was far worse! Is there a minus-5 star rating?

The good: Recently remodeled, so the room was in pretty good shape. A pretty good selection of hot and cold breakfast options. Good front desk staff. The bad: The hallways have a weirdly low ceiling which give a slightly claustrophobic feeling. Wireless internet only worked for half of my first evening there. Whoever cleaned my room swiped about 30 cents off the dresser, can't figure that one out. Some noise from other guests in the halls and outside, but no big deal.
