The location of the hotel is great. We were able to walk to many restaurants and 2 malls. The staff was very accommodating. We were attending a conference near by and they shuttled us there and back , saving us the need for a taxi or a rental car. The beds were very comfortable. I would use them again.

After paying $3 LESS per night for a 4 star hotel in downtown Chicago I was so disappointed with this property. Lobby was ok, but as we neared the elevator I knew I was in for a shock. Upon opening the door to our room we were hit with a smell I can only describe as a mix of dirty locker room and chlorine. Lucky us, our room faced the pool (with no access) and the air conditioner was drawing in that air. The bed covers were dirty and frayed and the carpet was stained as well. Our shower was gross! Ewwww! Mold in the grout, dirty bath mat that could not be removed and a toilet that runs. The pool is so much smaller than what the picture leads you to believe. And what would be a free continental breakfast at any other hotel was A La Carte.. $1.50 for a cup of coffee?? Really? I would not recommend this hotel. With all the hotels we passed along the way (three miles from the freeway), I'm sure we could find something much more to our liking.

Excellent hotel. Quiet even by the pool. I found myself wondering why the pool was so dead only to look out the window and find a lot of people in there. It was that quiet. Pop machines are located close to any room on any floor and a great restaurant attached. Over all experience was the best I have had staying anywhere.

Excellent hotel. Quiet even by the pool. I found myself wondering why the pool was so dead only to look out the window and find a lot of people in there. It was that quiet. Pop machines are located close to any room on any floor and a great restaurant attached. Over all experience was the best I have had staying anywhere.
