We had a great time at this hotel. From the moment we checked in we experienced outstanding customer service that exceeded our expectations. We were impressed with the beauty of the property and the pools, water features, restaurants, spa, all were terrific. The only slight disappointment was with houekeeping. We had three adults in our room and the rooms are supplied for two people. We asked for additional cups, glasses and towels and they were delivered promptly, but even when we left a note for housekeeping that we needed additional supplies every day, we did not get them, we had to requet them every day. This trip was for a birthday party, there were 5 women and we had two queen suites that were ajoining we stayed 5 days and four nites. We reserved a cabana at the falls on one day and received excellent service. We had spa treatments and that was also a great experience. We will definately stay here again and highly recommend this resort.

Deposit after I had prepaid with my american express. Many reviews stated eat the Creme brula .The menu in the room was terribly outdated said the desert was 6.00 it was 10.00 . The food was about 50.00 aplate if you eat at the point but does have a beautiful view. Also, the staff was really uninformed gave us a shuttle ride to the other hotel to swim at 745 an the pool was closing at 8pm. They also told us wrong directions, to places .We only paid 49.00 a night but would not pay more than that . We had a good location right by the pool but not eveyone was so fortune it. The beds Are WONDERFUL!!! feather beds with accessorries.

We had a wonderful time and would definitely go back! All of the employees were extremely welcoming and helpful. This is definitely a family-friendly place where kids outnumber adults at what seemed to be 10 to 1. The only downside was that there was no refrigerator in the room (Standard King).

The whole experience was great. The grounds were clean , the room was big and had a great view. The staff was friendly and very accomdating. The pools were clean and a lot of fun. The poolside restaurant was inexpensive and the pool attendant were great to the kids. We enjoyed an amazing dinner at A Diffrent View resaturant , the food was great, but sadly we were not at all impressed with the service , we feelt rushed and as we were putting them out at any request we made! The part was disapponting since it was our only romantic outing without the kids.

I just returned from a 5 day vacation at the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort with my 17 year old daughter and 10 year old son. All in all we had a wonderful time. The Tapatio is a nice resort although not as luxurious as some. I must say I wasn't crazy about the overall look or decor of the resort. However, it is a nice place and it offers lots to do, especially for families. The pools are very nice and are heated to a comfortable 80 degrees. There are numerous hot tubs although we only found one that was really hot. The others were just warm. There is a small basketball court near the pools which my son loved. There are tennis courts and a beautiful golf course. Also, there is whole series of hiking trails that can be accessed right from the resort. The food was pretty good and not too expensive. I would suggest renting a car to give yourself more freedom and flexibility. There is not much choice for food at the resort and you may want to get away. There is a very good Chinese restaurant about one mile away that we actually walked to a couple of times. The staff was for the most part very nice and would go out of their way to help you. All in all a wonderful vacation.
