Love this place. Right on the beach, clean, (they just updated the penthouse rooms- beautiful) very helpful staff, sunsets in your face, restaurants great but pricey...however, it's all about location. Tennis good, spa good, gym adequate. Fabulous bar overlooking the beach. All ages not just families and seniors. Very laid back but upscale....nobody is snooty. Pool is small but to tell you the truth, it seemed most of the families were at the beach not the pool. The person who wrote another review was being unfair -- even after 5:00 p.m. the beach had cleared out. I never considered using the pool because I go to the beach. Upon our arrival, the concierge called to welcome us and told us to call if anything was needed. Only bad thing.....but not so bad in big picture is that when it's full...the parking lot is full by the penthouse and you have to park across the street but really not a big deal. They do have handicapped spots too so I think they took up a lot of the extra spots. Love this place...can't wait to go back again.

I was initially hesitant to visit this hotel because of some of the negative reviews on other websites, but I was pleasantly surprised. I spoke to my friend who I was visiting in the area and he had suggested the hotel for apparently its name in the community. I was first thrown off by the separate buildings and the old Florida style, but I found the vacation to be quite enjoyable for my entire family. This is not usually our style. I usually prefer big, eventful cities or touristy towns with large new hotel buildings. This was pleasantly different. This was by far my most relaxing vacation ever! The golf was a bit frustrating (I didn't play well) after living in New York, but the beach and spa certainly made up for it. The staff for the most part was very kind and knowledgeable. The towel system was a bit peculiar and the famous HBs seemed a little overpriced and lacked variety but worth it for the view. The rooms were recently updated, and it seemed a little strange entering an old building and seeing a new room but that was the case. The location can simply not be beaten; I will think about that stunning sunset on the Florida beach while at the beach bar when it snows in New York. Overall, I would likely chose this hotel if I ever visit Naples again ultimately for the relaxation and fun for the whole family.

My family?s stay at the Naples Beach Club and Resort was one of the worst hotel experiences in my life. We stayed here three nights and it was one disappointment after another. In short, the Naples Beach Club and Resort is not a family hotel. They are much more concerned with their special events guests than regular paying guests. During our entire stay we never had access to our vehicle until after 10 p.m. Pool hours were not posted. When asked we were told the pool hours were dawn to dusk. It turns out they always have a Friday pool party in which the pool is closed (5 p.m.) and dawn is 9 a.m. Even after complaining about my experiences, I was told that I had to talk to the hotel manager whom never called me back and was never accessible in the hotel when I was around. I even called him at home to no avail. Even after I got home, he never called me back. And they refused to recognize and address my son as a person to explain why he had to leave the pool. We dropped $*** at this hotel and my family felt totally cheated.
