Hotel is close to nearly everything. Wal-mart & many choices of fast food resturants available, close to the freeway & Oakland Coliseum. Staff was friendly and courteous. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, & soft towels. Rooms are equipt with mini fridge & microwaves so you can bring your own food. Continental breakfast had a good variety to choose from. Well worth your money.

I stayed in for 1 night and enjoyed very much. House keepers are very very creative, you should go see their room to see what I mean. Room has iron, iron table, hair dryer, coffee maker with free coffee bags and tea bags, cups and disposable water glass, but not only that, the room has a small refrigerator, individual air-conditioner (cool/heat), cable TV and free wireless high speed internet. I will definitely stay again and recommend it to my friends and families.

The bed was comfortable, the room quiet and clean, the shower controls worked well and there was plenty of pressure. The breakfast assortment included waffles and cold items - fruit, juices, muffins, etc. The only potential drawback was the room was constrained on space, but very comfortable and a good value. Check-in and out were efficient.

The reason to choose this place is the location by the airport and the convenient free airport shuttle. The staff was polite, accommodating and professional. The rooms were pretty standard motel rooms; my window screen was broken and the bed was only marginally comfortable. It was quiet, though, which was nice. I was a little concerned about the safety because I watched 2 police officers chase off 6 teenagers from the neighborhood from the pool of the motel next door. If you don't have a car, there are only fast food places within walking distance. I needed a clean, reasonably price place near the airport with transportation to the airport and that's what I got.

A small room, but clean and nice. Very close proximity to attend Raiders Events at the Coliseum. The staff was mostly friendly however, it seemed like they didn't know the area very well and didn't very good directions for getting arounf the local area. The Hotel advertises that it's Free Shuttle take you to/from the airport and to the Bart Station, but when asked for a ride to the Bart, was told that we can walk there in just a few short minutes. We were not offered a ride after we asked for one. My wife is a diabetic, and cannot walk these shot distances without running the risk of having her blood sugar droppng to low, or having an insulin reaction. Please change your on-line advertisemnet concerning the shuttle for only airport runs or inform your staff of this procedure. We did not rent a vehicle as we we planning on using the Bart system along with the hotel shuttle service to get there! It's still a good hotel, with great breakfast available also.
