I was a little skeptical about what I would find, because this was the lowest priced hotel in the Water Tower area. But everything was good. For price and location, you can't beat it.

We booked this hotel because of the $99.00 special rate and the location. It was a great value and I would recommend it to others. One block north of Michigan Ave. and just another block to the Red Line station. Rooms have small kitchens and large bedrooms. The bed was a little firmer then I like but the room was clean.

I Like this hotel . value for money it has kitchen. living room etc located in the heart of down town Chicago But to park the car $48 per day .other than that you can walk around the block and park for $28 a day
