  There are only 2 elevators that are way too slow. The restaurant was a somewhat experience - whatever I asked they didn't have :-( So I had to eat what they had left... But the food was OK.

  Ac didnt work. was like a sauna in there. ac's that did work were so noisy. manager is worst manager everrrrr. rude. impolite. they say they have 100% satisfaction ...

  AC didnt work. was like a sauna in there. AC's that did work were SO noisy. Manager is worst manager EVERRRRR. RUDE. IMPOLITE. They say they have 100% satisfaction guaranteer --- not true!

  Very satisfied with service!Talk about 5-star service!- The hotel restaurant Le 'Vin Levain' is EXCELLENT! Expect to pay $8 and up for full Breakfast incl coffee, and a full 3-course dinner with coffee/tea will cost around $22.5 minute walk mall & subwayvery clean.Whirlpool + exercise rm- Housekeeping service maintained room very nicely.- Lobby/Front desk Reception staff very pleasant.- We felt very well taken care of on our stay!!-WE'LL Definitely be back!!
