1. It costs $1.00 per call to make ""local calls"" from your room. 2. I don't understand why when you are paying *** for a room at a hotel that you would have to pay $11.00+ for breakfast. Maybe lunch or dinner but not a meal as inexpensive to prepare as a breakfast buffet.

We had a problem w/ the first room door not opening for us, but the front desk was very quick to fix the problem and change rooms. We really enjoyed are stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice, and there was plenty of room for our 2 year old to play and have fun. The pool was a little cold and not the cleanest, but we still got to swim, and had a fun time. The indoor pool was disappointing, because of how small it was. We didn't eat dinner @ the hotel the prices were a little high, but we did eat the $9.95 pp breakfast buffet and that was very good. We would stay here again for the price, size of room, friendliness of it was well worth the low price. Oh, you get free cookies for everyone in your party when you first check in, they are GREAT or atleast that is what my husband said. They had walnuts in them with chocolate chips, but the packaging didn't say there was walnuts. I can't eat walnuts! So, just a little heads up on that for anyone else with this problem!

The hotel is conveniently locate near the expressways which makes getting to the local attractions easy. The suite was large and comfortable. The indoor/outdoor pool was extremely nice for our 3 year old grandson. The workout center was closed and not available when advertised. Also, the outside gardens had been recently fertilized so the parking areas smelled like a barnyard. Overall, the stay was excellent.

We just needed somewhere to stay overnight. Nice size suite. Only negatives were a couple of the panels on the door that seperated the living room from the bed room were broken.
Noise level could have been better. We were close to the main lobby.
If we had been in another area of the hotel it would have been much better. -
