Everything at the La Quinta was fine except the noise. It is the loudest motel I have ever stayed at. The doors close by themselves and when that do there is a loud bang in the hallway witch you will heard in your room. The walls must be paper thin because you can heard people talking next door. You can heard their tvs and their conversation. Your door going out to the hall has a three inch gap at the bottom that allows noise from the hallway. I will not be staying there again

I have stayed at this hotel several times. Can't beat the price. The rooms are nice and there is adaquate parking. Located next to a Subway Sandwich so you always have place for a snack or meal within walking distance..

Room was not cleaned properly. Dirty towel on bathroom door, hair all over bathroom floor. Dirty blanket on bed, dirty socks were left by the chair. 220 outlet cover was missing. Would not stay here again.

When I travel for business, I generally stay at nicer hotels. However, this property has proven to be an excellent value AND the staff is outstanding! The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are nice. Sure you can pay significantly more and get a slightly nicer room, but factor in location, reward points and a free breakfast and how can you beat this place? There is good family dining near by, great shopping up the road at the mall, and LSU is close too. Trust me, if you want to save a few bucks and have a great stay, this is the place!

The hotel was not the nicest of choices but offered convenient location to campus, helpful and friendly staff, and pretty good rooms. My only complaint is that the walls and floors are paper thin and you have to be very quiet in order not to disturb anyone. If you are traveling to LSU I recommend this hotel because it is pretty close to campus and there are SEVERAL food places and a few shopping places on the same road as the hotel. I was very pleased with my stay.
