  Fantastic hotel, great history and charm. The room was clean, the staff was very helpful. The 1886 Bakery was wonderful. In short, one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I will definately recommend this hotel and will return. The 6th street noise wasn't even a factor and the location was great. The room was in the Historic part of the hotel, not the best view, but who looks out of the hotel window all that much?

  My boyfriend and I chose to stay in the heart of downtown. We wanted to be within walking distance to the state capital and all of the shops. The Driskill Hotel exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the original tower over looking six street. The service was outstanding and the room was beautiful. We will defintely stay here again.
