The forced air in the room left us extremely cold all night, despite having turned the thermostat above 80 (and eventually, off altogether). The bed was so hard I left with bruised knees. There was a low-flow shower head that couldn't be adjusted to spray harder. There was a moderate amount of noise from the hallway (on a weekday night). The location was good for walking the FQ and the rest of the amenities were nice.

The staff at this hotel were the nicest and the most helpful of any hotel I have ever stayed in. Every single staff member went above and beyond. Desk clerks, bell hops, housekeeping, everyone. The hotel was on Bourbon Street and I understand there was noise from the street in the front rooms, but my room, which was on the courtyard, was very quiet. It was clean and comfortable and the pool was a dream. Nice excercise room too. I was very happy with my stay there.

The room was nice and clean. The hotel is renovating so due to loud hammering sleeping in wasn't possible. It's a great location but rather noisy at night due to being on Bourbon street. Overall a good hotel, just noisy.

We just returned from our visit to New Orleans Oct 6. To say the least, the hotel is not the quality we expected. Most of the workers are very friendly and helpful. first it was the noise in the hallways at night. Despite signs asking guests to be quiet, they are mostly ignored by some. We were not the only people complaining about this since the front desk seemed to be aware when we mentioned it. Our magnetic door key failed to work constantly even after maintainance worked on the lock and card reader. When we checked out, the front desk at first told us our bill was $400 more than it actually was. I had to show them the confirmation where the the charges had already been paid. Don't think we will book here our next trip.
