My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in Aug and have mixed feelings. Before we arrived we had a very difficult time locating the hotel. The bus # on the site was incorrect, the bus stop was very difficult to find to get off when you are first arriving, and are unaware of the area. When we arrived, our room was not ready but the staff did their best to have it ready as soon as possible. The room was clean and the staff were accomodating to extend our stay by an evening. To access ice the front desk directed me to the bar, but when I approched the area, the staff did not acknowledge my presence and I needed to return to the front desk to ask for help. Our second night, there was a continuous knocking noise coming from the room above, called the front desk and they sent someone to investigate and thankfully the noise stopped but there was a language barrier between myself and the staff member which wasn't too much of a problem. At least someone came within minutes. The staff was willing to help with directions of local stores and banks but it seemed the directions were inaccurate and my husband and I had to find places by accident which was a little unnerving seeing as we were not Italian speaking and not familiar with the area. Next time we go to Venice we will stay in Venice not outside the area. The hotel itself was good, it was just not the best for foreigners who do not speak Italian.

Our destination was Venice, so by automobile this hotel was easy to find from the autostrada. The staff was very helpful and suggested we walk two blocks to the lovely town of Marghera (stop to have a coffee or gelato!) and take a short bus ride to the heart of Venice. Rooms clean and comfortable. Excellent service. Would stay here again.

the hotel's room was spacious and the amenities nice but we we're wondering why the building's a/c was not working for the 4 days we stayed there. also, you have to pay (not cheap fees) for wi-fi access. but sill a good experience to stay here..."

the hotel staff was very plesant, the resturant was great, the shuttle service was easy, however, the noise is ridiculous. The highway is right outside the hotel, and people honk their horns all the time!! And not a lot of people understand ""do not disturb"" on the door. I would not stay here if you're looking for peace and quiet!
