  Great location in the city. Close to everything, whether by walking or metro.Staff was very friendly and helpful ie., booking tickets for shows, general info about sites, and restaurants. The only beef is that our room rates did not include breakfast. The price per person was * euros per day.We did have beverage services in our rm to prepare tea or coffee, which was very nice. One block past the Opera was a small supermarket where we could get fresh croissants or other great breads, yogurt, etc., so who needs to pay those prices at the hotel? Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Wish we had used K & K in Prague!

  This hotel was beautiful and the staff attentive, once you are there. Be sure that reservations are adhered to. We stayed in another K and K hotel in Prague and before we left, we telephoned them to have them pick us up at the train station. Needless to say, they did not show up. When we called them, they stated that they didn't know, even though I was standing in front of the person making the reservation. So I knew that they did in fact received the rail pick up information.
