Worst hotel
03/21/2009I am very dissappointed with the online company. we booked our vacation to denver and chose this hotel. got there at about 1am...hotel was horrible. no elevator; no toilet ...
I am very dissappointed with the online company. We booked our vacation to Denver and chose this hotel. Got there at about 1AM...hotel was horrible. No elevator; no toilet paper; room smelled like gas; wires everywhere; I couldn't breathe after carrying our suitcases to the second floor. The smell was horrible. Called the online company and they said they would refund us...but they could not get us a hotel...we were stranded having to find our own hotel. Very scary!

I usually do not take time to write reviews, but I feel that this hotel merits a written review. This is one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. We checked in and checked out within 30 minutes. We had a room in the second floor, but they have no elevator. They had just sprayed painted a car in the parking lot the night before as per the receptionist. We carried five suticases up the stairs at 1:30 in the morning and then we walked into the room and it smelled like gas. We had to open the door because we were choking. My husband noticed a questionable individual with a woman coming up the stairs. We were next to a karaoke bar ,not one I would like to visit. Had to use the bathroom before we left, they had no toilet paper and the socket was burned out. I called the online travel website immediately and aside from them telling me they were going to credit my account for the hotel stay, they were not able to help us get a hotel for that night nor for the 5 night staty. We were really disapponted since the online travel website was not able to get us another room that night. We were stranded in Denver , did not know anyone and had to find our own room at 2AM. They needs to remove this hotel from their choices!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First room smelled like someone had thrown up (BAD) the staff was kind and moved us. The second room was better but not by much. The coffee pot was broken, the lights did not work, IT SMELLED. And the pool in the picutres-forget that it is filled in with dirt. The doors were held open with rocks, the door in the back was broken with no lock which went right out into a lovely weed patch. I could go on and on but why. IT WAS THE WORST!!

This hotel holes all over the walls. Dark and scary smelled of mildew. Staff was very nice when we said we couldn't stay here. They refunded us and we went on our way. Would not recommend.

Terrible Hotel
07/16/2007Rooms not ready until close to 5pm. refrigerator frozen over. everything looked dreary. front desk staff rude and not the least bit helpfu. adivse to others: stay somewhere else!!!
