We stayed in tower. The room was very large and clean. It had couch, 2 chairs, table & chairs, a large desk and king bed. bath was marble and huge. towels and sheets were good quality. Service throughout was great. Breakfast buffet, a little pricey but delicious. menu foods were good. everything was above average. Great deal when booked through travel online. I will stay here every visit to SLC.

The lovely garden room was more than expected. The furnishings and finishing decorative touches were wonderful. The tiled bath was a pleasure. In years past I have stayed in this hotel and had forgotten how elegant it is. The staff was exceptional. The entire experience was one of impeccible service and comfort.

The hotel is beautiful. Unfortunately the mattress had seen better days and the pillows were so soft, two wouldn't support the head. The linens were nice but old. Our bottom sheet had a hole worn in it. There wasn't an accessible plug for my Cpap machine. The bathroom was tiny and no fan so after a shower it took quite awhile for the mirror to un-fog. We were in a court yard room. Maybe the hotel rooms in the main building have been updated. We did have dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent, especially the cream of mushrrom soup.
