- The Front Desk is open from 2pm to 10pm in the off season from mid-September to 11/17/09. For guests arriving during non-front desk hours, please check-in at the Zephyr Mountain Lodge. Zephyr Mountain Lodge is located at 201 Zephyr Way, Winter Park, CO 80482. Front Desk hours are subject to change. The front desk will be open 24 hours once the 09/10 ski season begins on 11/18/09.
- The pool will be closed for maintenance from 10/1/09 to 10/9/09.

We saw nothing updated at this hotel. The TV is almost un-viewable in its location. Because the hangers of the closet or hang on the side/in front of the TV you can't hang anything. The toilet paper holder is across the bathroom, so you must get up to get your TP but bathroom size is small. The restaurant was OK, but charged a "resort fee" w/o the "resort accommodations", also listed a very limited menu. The salad bar was a joke limited items, maybe 10 and overly priced for what was offered, as well as the breakfast "buffet" We requested shampoo for the kids and it took over 45-mins for someone to bring it despite the fact we went to the front desk 3x and called 2ce to pick it up since we had dinner plans there was no conditioner offered, or lotion-I thought tht was basic. I guess a microscopic bottle of shampoo for 4-people should have been sufficient glad I brough my own. If you need a place to sleep and shower neither, which are comfortable, this might be OK. Since we were busy and gone all day and night, it was bearable.

This is very much a budget hotel. Beds were horrible. The standard room did not include a complete wall of wallpaper (peeled off in several places) or headboards. Covered parking limited to about 20 vehicles. The ""deluxe""room was at least clean. I requested the deluxe, forest view which was the forest and parking lot/snowmobile storage lot view.

The hotel rooms facing the mountain was nice. The manage was great. An associate help me with my wireless connection. In otherwords the staff was very helpful. My husband had his skis waxed right @ the hotel for $10. The restaurant was alittle pricey, but great food. The homemade brew was fabulous! Hot tub was huge. Nice pool. But the area needs to be hosed down and painted. All and all would stay again. Adentures snowmobling right @ the hotel was great also. romo

This is not a fancy place. . . but we found our room to be clean. Location is awesome as you're right across the main highway from the new WP village / ski resort. However, walking there is a challenge - it's easiest to take the free shuttle whereever you wish to go. On-site ski shop was very reasonable. Had a nice lodge / cabin feel to the main lobby area with a fireplace going at all times. Staff were friendly. Pool and spa are nice and inside. . but offer a great view of the slopes. Again, the rooms and furnishings are nothing fancy at all (pillows were horribly flat). . but can't beat the price. Recommended.
