Overall, our 2.5 week stay was excellent. The only issue was that they got one of our rooms wrong for the first night but rectified it for the next 14. Plus, they also gave us a free mini bar for our entire trip; very generous of them. They even helped us rent a car. The location was very good; a short walk to the U-Bahn and Englischer Garten. We stayed here this past July/August '09

The staff was very accomidating even with our lack of German and their service was impeccable. The pool is gorgeous but massages are elusive.
The rooms are fair sized and very well maintained. The view leaves something to be desired but that is due to being out of the way. However, you can ''order'' firmer or softer pillows off of a ''menu''.
While the hotel is excellent in most aspects, the only real problem is the distance. To get to the closest U-bahn train station (equivilent of the NY Metro), it is recommended to take a bus to the stop, seeing is it is a very long walk alone.
Overall, the hotel is great and is fairly priced. The service is outstanding and the breakfast buffet in the morning is delicious. Drink your fill of the Multivitamin beverage. -
