We stayed at The Sheraton Music City in Nashville, TN. The people were very friendly, but our room wasn't the best it could have been. The A/C was not working properly which made sleeping a little uneasy. Also, our first night they had a large crowd in the courtyard that were pretty loud, which also made sleeping uneasy. We also asked for an attractions packet to be ready for when we got to the hotel, and it was never made. There could have been many changes made that would have made our stay much better.

The Sheraton Music City is a great hotel conveniently located close (but not too close) to the airport. The exterior and lobby are gorgeous. The rooms are equally beautiful, comfortable and quiet. The room patios are a great place to unwind though the iron railing posts are spaced a bit wide if you have young children. We had room service twice and were pleasantly surprised by the speed of service as well as the quality and quantity of food. The pools are all quite nice, and the small wading pool is perfect for young children.

I had the opportunity to stay at the Sheraton Music City Hotel on May 15th with my extended family. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They accommodated my brother who arrived fairly early to check in without any problems. We also brought our pets along and they were treated as humans. The hotels landscape really povides an appropriate location for a guest who brings their pet along. The room had a porch which was very nice for our pets to hang out on. We will ALWAYS remember Sheraton when we travel back to TN. Thanks for a GREAT stay!

Usually Sheraton hotels are very nice, but I was not happy with this one. I requested a room with two beds (my reservation was for 2 adults & 2 children), and I was given a room with one king bed (no couch that pulled out into a bed). I am not sure how they expected four people to sleep in a king bed. They said I could get a roll away bed for an extra fee! Their hotel restaurant was not open for some reason (no nice restaurants near this one...only Jack in the Box & Subway) so we ended up spending $300 on room service to eat! Their pool was disgusting!!!! There were towels sitting at the bottom of the pool plus a bottle floating around in the pool! This is the last time I stay at this Sheraton.
