  Very pleasant and clean place to stay especially with children for a great price. The suite had a separate bedroom with door for privacy where my husband and I sleep and my two daughters and their friend stayed in the family room area. It also had two bathrooms which was fantastic as well. Well keep property and the room was very clean. Air condition worked extremely well. I plan to stay here again on our next trip to Nashville in November, I'll already booked the rooms. The only problem was that we arrived late and the office closes at 9pm. A night person was suppose to answer phone and check us in, but due to some problems with there system, that did not happen and we ended up having to go to another hotel on the first night. Other than that, I'd recommend staying at this hotel and suites property.

  This hotel is near the airport so you could hear the planes entering and leaving the airport. it's also about a 7 minute easy drive to the opryland which ...

  This hotel is near the airport so you could hear the planes entering and leaving the airport. It's also about a 7 minute easy drive to the Opryland which is why I chose this hotel. It was nice that it had a kitchen but there was no soap to wash the dishes that were in there. I expected at least a small packet to use. Bathrooms could have been a little cleaner.

  We rented 2 rooms. both were not clean. one room had no towels. description of room included hairdryer, none was to be found. mixup at desk resulted in another traveler ...

  We rented 2 rooms. Both were not clean. One room had no towels. Description of room included hairdryer, none was to be found. Mixup at desk resulted in another traveler being given a key to our room. While settling down for bed that person came to the door, if it wasn't for the safety latch they would have been all the way into the room. Tried to call the desk to complain but the ""0"" button didn't work on the phone. Couldn't dial the office or the main number for the office from the room's phone.
