The staff was very polite and helpful. We only stayed one night but the price was unbeatable, the breakfast in the morning was great, and the room was plain, but very clean. We stayed overnight because our flight arrived late at night and the hotel was relatively close to the airport. The frontdesk clerks were so helpful in aiding us in the direction of the city. It is a bit far from Prague's main attractions but it was a great place to stay for the money.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 days and found it quite alright. Though certainly not luxurious it was clean and the desk staff was very helpful. The food was good but my room phone never worked during my stay despite two requests to have it fixed and the maids appear to be Russian and one morning three of them stood in front of the main floor elevators arguing about something in full view of the guests. My wife is Czech but speaks fluent Russian. She said they were arguing because one of the maids had to leave for a doctors appointment.
Aside from that, all was well and on the boulevard in front of the hotel is a tram stop. You can catch tram #9 and it will take you to the center of Prague, Wencelsclaus Square. Same tram coming back to the hotel. -

The hotel was close to the Airport and near a treamline with good frequency. The sound insulation between rooms are not good and smoking and non-smoking rooms are not well separated. The price includes full buffet breakfast and the food choice was reasonably good.

This is your average European style hotel. I was disappointed to find out that there was no air conditioning in the rooms and no conceirge service to bring my luggage up to my room. Bring your own hair dryer and toiletries as they do not provide them. The room was very stuffy upon entering and I can hear the phone ringing in the room next to mine, which woke me up.
