Our room was on the highway side and the road and parking lot noise was incredibly loud. We could hear every car/semi driving by all night long and everyone's car radios and doors pulling up to the motel parking lot loading and unloading and talking. Do not come here if you are not a very heavy sleeper or just don't need sleep. Also, the floor was so filthy that our kids socks turned black within a half hour of entering the room. I had to throw them out - I couldn't get them clean. The hotel room itself was old but relatively clean and the people were nice. Bed was old and worn out, but the bedding seemed very clean.

Hey, it's a Travelodge. My expectations were not high, especially from reading other reviews. We were there to visit our kids at UF and see a football game, sowe did not spend much time there. But the room was clean and the continental breakfast was fine too. I think I saved about $80 compared with the hotel I usually stay at. The hotel is actually conveniently located to UF. All-in-all I give in a 7 out of 10.

A clean room near the interstate. The ice machine works. The linens are clean. If you want quiet, ask for a room away from the highway. Downside: The AC/Heater is kind of loud and they jack up the prices for big days at the university, like football games and graduation.
