I have stayed in other units of this chain and have been universally pleased. The decor is modern and un-fussy. The staff is friendly and helpful. My son needed an Allen wrench to make a quick repair to his skateboard and the maintenance worker loaned him one. The double room also had a sofa big enough for someone to sleep on. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. My unit had a HDTV, a small refrigerator, a desk and small bar. The bathroom is small, but there is also a vanity with sink. The hotel is literally in the shadow of the Atlanta airport, and of course this means you will hear the airplanes, but they were not nearly as loud as the neighbors across the hall on this particular night. The front desk was helpful in getting them to calm down after I complained of the (very) late night noise. My son had a very early flight in the morning and it was literally a five minute drive to the terminal. There is a shuttle bus but its hours did not start at a convenient time for us.

The room was actually a suite, with a large comfotable sitting and work area separate fromthe sleeping area. However, the couch in the sitting area smelled bad, almost as if it had been in a smoking room and was never deodorized.

Don't assume fresh sheets etc.

We suspected some shortcuts by the staff. We marked the sheets and later discovered they left used sheets on the beds when they were supposed to be changed. We had to ask for facial tissue, soap, shampoo and wash cloths. They gave us a room with two full size beds when we were supposed to have one king size bed. We arrived very tired and didn't want to relocate to another room when we just wanted to go to bed. We choose this facility based partly on the ""good"" reviews. You gotta be kidding. The front desk staf was helpful though.

From the start the hotel is very new. Very clean, close to alot of restaurants and very convenient to downtown. Stay away from the rooms close to the street side they are noisy. I called to change rooms in the middle of the night and the front desk attendant was very rude. All was nice except for the noise and the rude staff. Due to this I will not stay again.
