The staff was more than friendly, as though they "enjoyed" working there. They were happy to talk to you and tell you about local attractions. The location waswonderful for historic and riverwalk entertainment. We walked everywhere. Hotel breakfast was excellent. The rooms were spacious and VERY clean. I would definitely book this hotel again and will recommend to friends and family. No negatives.

the hotel was really nice the rooms were reasonable. The rooms were kind of small, but for as much as we were in there it served its purpose. The beds were really comfortable. We really enjoyed the comfort and ambience of the hotel. I will be returning again.

Poor Management
07/06/2009After waiting 45 minutes to get to the front desk we were informed that the rooms were not cleaned yet, this was 2 hours after the check in times began ...
After waiting 45 minutes to get to the front desk we were informed that the rooms were not cleaned yet, this was 2 hours after the check in times began and many families were stacked up in the lobby. To make a long story short, we never received a room and wasted over three hours of our vacation waiting.
