My wife and I had to cancel our honeymoon last year due to Hurricane Ike. This trip more than made up for it. The hotel staff were exceptional. Very helpful and friendly. Rooms were great. And breakfast was great. Could not ask for a better trip.

I stayed in a Jr. Suite with 3 other adults. The room is exactly what is shown online, the hotel employees extremely helpful, friendly, courteous. The location is ok... not the best but none of us ever felt unsafe, we had a wonderful time in NYC and definately would stay there again. The room is hugh, the bathroom hugh, no noise, plently of privacy.

The Broadway Plaza Hotel was a great place for my first visit to New York. THe location was great, in that we only had a few blocks to travel to get anywhere in the city. The hotel staff were very accomadating, and provided us with any information that we needed. I am planning my next trip to New York already and I plan on staying at the Broadway Plaza again!

This hotel was off the beaten path but I would definitely stay here again. It was very quiet with only 4 or 5 rooms per floor and the service was beyond belief. The staff was so helpful no matter what your request from giving directions or hailing a cab for you, and the price was very reasonable. It was several 11 to be exact blocks from Times Square but I assure you the walk was very enjoyable you will see many things along the way.

My sister and I stayed at the BPH in December for 3 nights. It was our first trip to New York, and the stay was great. We were both a little leary because of some of the reviews, but I am telling you truthfully, I was not scared ever. Not even walking back after dark. There are about three blocks of wholesale shops between you and Macy's but it was great. We would definitely stay there again. The view was great, and the people were wonderful.
