  The room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is close enough to the entertainment, but far enough away to keep you out of the heavy traffic. This is our second stay at this hotel and we will definitely stay there on our next trip to Branson.

  The front desk did move us after we complained that our room smelled like smoke. also, we went through online travel website and then called direct to the hotel to ...

  The front desk did move us after we complained that our room smelled like smoke. Also, we went through online travel website and then called direct to the hotel to add another room a few hours later and they refused to match the other roomrate. The breakfast room was so crowded we went back to our rooms to eat our artificial eggs.

  You would think that holiday inns would have softer beds, especially for the price. this one was like sleeping on the floor. won't stay there again.
