We expected more from a Radisson, this hotel is very worn, wallpaper peeling in guest room, no sleep number bed as advertised, 2 of the food outlets were not open throughout our 4 day stay. The one restaurant could not handle the demand for breakfast so service was awful. This hotel is in a great location they just need some TLC

This Hotel was not a great place to stay. The rooms smelled really bad. The carpet was smelly and dirty.Then one of the housekeeper stole my mother's new blouse that she bought when we went shopping. The management never called us to apology. I would not recomend staying here.

Our room at the Radisson Fallsview, Niagara Falls, Canada was very nice and the view was spectacular. However, we were treated very poorly when we checked in and by the valet attendant. The pool area was dirty, and the hot tub was cold. And, we paid a lot more than what we were quoted. We travel to Toronto about 6 times a year and frequently stay in Niagara Falls. I assure you we will never stay at the Radisson again.

We have stayed 2 nights in the hotel with a falls view room. View from the room is too good worth it.what was booked for was given means two beds and non-smoking. As I read some reviews before as soon as I checked in I first checked my bed the blankets everything was good and clean. Like in other reviews I have always seen pizzahut closed except once, if you come late better find other options for food. Subway and other options are also close to the hotel. If you don't have a car taxi stand was just outside the hotel very convinient. Bathrooms were clean. We had a refrigerator and microwave which is good if you use it. BAD thing I felt was carpet looked old and Reception they were not so cooperative. I was requesting other day if my tour driver comes and asks for us just give me a call to the room, she said if I am not busy I will do it ??? What does that mean. The cust service is not like in USA but it's ok you can adjust it's not that bad either. Other than that no complaints. Storing our luggage after checkout until our flight time and all was not a problem.
