I've stayed at the resort 7 or 8 times over a 10 year period and simply love it. The last time, my wife and I took our 4 girls. We skied. Of course, park city skiing is better from a pure ski related perspective but you can't beat the overall experience. The property is magical with a river running through the middle of it. We did art projects as a family at the artist gallery. Painting and Pottery. The staff is friendly and helpful. We never left the property. I highly recommend this resort for couples or families. I'm having withdrawals from this lovely place. We hiked, took the lift up to the top of the mountain and hiked to Stewarts Falls had an amazing picnic from the Sundance Deli. Saw the Bluebird Cafe's Songwriter Series, basked in the beautiful accommodations - so homey and relaxed - and visited the spa for facials and massages. Prices for services were not expensive and the food in the Tree Room was more than wonderful. If I could get there easily, I'd go all the time! If you get the chance in your lifetime to visit Sundance, do it. It will captivate you with its beautiful scenery and level of service.

I have been going to Sundance for years and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get away and de-stress for a few days. The mountain setting is beautiful, the dining is superb, the room was gorgeous and the evenings in the historic Owl Bar were memorable. Enjoy skiing in the Winter and Mountain biking in the Summer - what a great place!

I've stayed at Sundance several times during the summer season, and I just find it a breathtakingly beautiful resort. You wind between streams as you make your way to your room; the moutain vista is just fantastic. There are great hiking trails and nearby water rafting. The local gift shop has such unique jewelery, art, clothing, and crafts. There's a strong sense of preserving the environment - even the dishes and glasses at the restaurants are designed by artists using recycled glass. I've heard X talk about what he intended to achieve with Sundance - a natural oasis that preserves all that is beautiful about the mountains of Utah. I think he's done just that.
