This hotel is beautiful. The room was spacious and the beds were so comfortable. The pillows were fluffy and didn't flatten when you rest your head on them. The featherbed was excellent. The Bathroom was a nice size, with plenty of hot water. The only drawback was that there was no towel rack other than one hook behind the door. The service was good, staff was very helpful and friendly. There are two restaurants. Both are full service. The roof top revolving restaurant has beautiful views of Montreal as you eat your meal. The food was good. The service in both restaurants was slow. Tea was quite expensive $3,25 a cup and no refills.

They never disclose this information until you actually check-in. Never used their restaurants, no elevator available for the 2 upstairs restaurants (very inconvenient) however, this hotel is close to downtown Montreal and the Old Montreal

The hotel is ideally located, and the service was excellent. The hotel is due for an update, but the service more than made up for that shortcoming. Asst. Front Office Manager Dany Dubois made our family's stay exceptional! Service the way it use to be!

08/15/2007I thought it was a 4 star hotel. room doesn't match to a 2 star hotel. bath rooms were full of mold and filthy. bath room tiles were broken. ...
I thought it was a 4 star hotel. Room doesn't match to a 2 star hotel. Bath rooms were full of mold and filthy. Bath room tiles were broken. No bags in the waste basket.Room temperature was uncomfortable and the thermostat was not working. Closet lights stayed on all night due to lack a switch. Parking was horrible and payed $* for a day. Even the directions to hotel on the web site is confusing. I do not recomend this hotel to any one.
