I felt the Hotel was slightly dated compared to the lower 48. However the bed could have been the most comfortable bed at any hotel that I ever stayed at. Amazingly it also hasn't bought into the notion of mini pillow either so I was rest each day for the meetings. Service staff was excellent. I would stay again for business only.

We found the hotel to be neat & clean, and the staff was friendly and helpfull. The hotel is located in the center of town and easily accessable to the Metro and the restaurants. The price was also very reasonable.

Reading some of the reviews I had some apprehension with the hotel, however, the negative reviews were totally inaccurate. The reception desk was more than helpful and extremely friendly and aimed to please. The service in all aspects was outstanding. The swimming pool was open, even though it was the end of May and a little cool. I stayed with my young daughter, and after a lot of walking and after a busy day, we did use the pool a few times. It was heated and was very inviting. One review complained about the ice machine being on the 27th floor. There shouldn't have been a problem, because if you look in the freezer, there is an ice tray and you can make your own ice. If you fill it up when you check in, the ice will be ready in the early evening. Not a problem.
