  A travel agency booked us at the Equatorial for 4 miserable nights. The rooms are 1950 vintage Soviet block. The average temperature in our room was 84 degrees with only feeble attempts to fix the air-conditioning. The restaurant food was bearly edible and even the rice smelled like cigarette smoke.
