  We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express very much. From the time we arrived, People were friendly and service was quick. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was also very nice. Great variety to choose from. They had a shuttle to take us to the XL center and pick us up, which was awesome. The pool was very clean and inviting. We would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Hartford. Judy T.

  It was hard to find the hotel and the front desk lady had no sense of direction when we were able to call. she was nice, but had trouble guiding ...

  It was hard to find the hotel and the front desk lady had no sense of direction when we were able to call. She was nice, but had trouble guiding us from the center of Hartford to the hotel. The area was just okay with no ambience...more of a stay one night and get on the road type of place instead of touring Hartford using the hotel as a base.

  While the room and the hotel facilities themselves were adaquate for our overnight stay, the fact that the clientel there while we were, were very noisey and inconsiderate of others and the fact that the hotel staff did not adaquately address the issue even when told about it leads me to say I WILL NEVER CONSIDER STAYING HERE AGAIN.
