We enjoyed our stay, but even with discount rates, the "regular" room was noticeably small. Front desk were very, very helpful. Hotel is right in a fun part of town --- ethnic restaurants, non-chain shops, and friendly people.

We were not sure what to expect before we saw this beautiful hotel in downtown Colorado Springs. The price was great and the staff and hotel were very nice. Close to parks and restaurants in the DT area. We will go to this hotel again when we are in CS again.

This hotel is amazing. The restaurants were great and very nice. It was great to be able to eat an affordable, delicious meal without having to leave the hotel. It was also in walking distance to fun restaurants downtown. It was breath taking to wake up to the sun lighting up Pike's Peak. We could also see Garden of the Gods from the window. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever been in. The staff was very friendly and I felt important to them. The pool and hot tub was wonderful. The fitness center was very nice too. I really liked the locker rooms so you can change in and out of your swim suit instead of wearing it to and from the room. I can't wait to return to this hotel!!!

We stayed for our 10th anniversary and purchased the romance package. We were disappointed to find that the hotel had not been updated at all since our previous stay during our honeymoon 10 years ago. The brass was dirty and dented and the carpeting was not clean. This is not a Hilton quality hotel. The room was small compared to other similar priced hotels. I am not sure that we will return for a future stay, even though this hotel holds sentimental value to us.
