  We stayed one night while in between flights. I was skeptical about this hotel because of some previous comments. I found the staff to be excellent, the room was fine and the bath was recently modernized. Heated mirror, wonderful German made shower controller, free high speed internet. The restaurant was fine, although a bit pricey. There's a small town about a 10 minute walk from this hotel, we did not visit because of rain. The shuttle service to and from the hotel is wonderful. You should e-mail the hotel for the shuttle pick-up points for Terminal 1 and 2. I believe they pick up in Terminal 3 but you must call the hotel for pick-up. we waited 6 minutes for pick-up at Terminal 2, and the next morning we timed out departure around the bus schedule. CDG is a big airport, so knowing your arrival terminal and Hall will make it easier to find the shuttle.
  
  I didn't like the bed - not enough pillows, but I didn't ask for more, the room was quiet as was the hotel in general. The room was a good size, reasonably comfortable.

  Reception staff was not helpful. our reservation stated 3 people, they claimed it was only for two and charged us extra. then they sent a roll-away with no sheets ...

  Reception staff was not helpful. Our reservation stated 3 people, they claimed it was only for two and charged us extra. Then they sent a roll-away with no sheets and said they only showed two in the room when we call for sheets.

  The staff was very helpful and friendly. The shuttle made it easy to get back and forth from hotel to CDG to catch the metro. Room service was always quick, and the AC made the hot nights bearable. I was very happy."
