  These are privately owned townhomes from the 1980's that are really dated, not that well maintained and not that comfortable. I went to Tahoe for surgery on my knee and checked in to find the bedrooms down 10 rather steep steps. We stayed that night in the townhouse but after the surgery moved to the lodge which is more like a hotel. Neither unit was overly clean. Hairs in the tub, some unknown substance on the channel guide...gross! The beach is beautiful, the pool was very nice. The childrens play area is terrible...one swing and a slide. Overall I would not recommend, especially for the price...ridiculous. Check out the Lake Tahoe Vacation Resort, looked twice as nice for half the price.

  1 berdroom unit was nice enough for two, but a definite no for a party of four. sofa bed in living room terrible, definitely not resort standard by any means. ...

  1 Berdroom Unit was nice enough for two, but a definite no for a party of four. Sofa Bed in Living Room terrible, definitely not Resort Standard by any means. TV and VCR circa 1990. For the price would of opted for 2 rooms at any one of the local motels surrounding the property.

  This place was perfect for what we needed...the room was large we stayed in the lodge had a gas fireplace that was all the heat we needed...was not ...

  This place was perfect for what we needed...the room was large we stayed in the Lodge had a gas fireplace that was all the heat we needed...was not a 5 star but was very homey..The best part the shuttle that will take you anywhere in the area..The continetal breakfast was ok..but HIEDI""S was just 2 doors down and that was wonderful!!! also places to eat all around in walking distance.

  This was a wonderful place to stay. The staff, was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was exactly what we wanted, clean and comfortable. The location was great for accessibility and convenience to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again when we revisit Lake Tahoe.
