I would not stay here again

has no coffee maker, no refrigerator and no microwaves. It was very difficult to stay there with kids. They had very poor customer service and did not smile even once. The toilet was backed up and instead of helping me they told me to get the plunger from their lobby and take care of it by myslef.

2ND YEAR I'VE STAYED AT THE BEST TAHOE WEST INN BUT THIS YEAR I DID NOT FEEL THERE WAS VERY MUCH SERVICE. ROOM WAS NEVER VACUUMED, TRASH WAS NOT TAKEN OUT ONE DAY, NO CLEAN TOWELS ONE DAY WHEN THEY HAD BEEN LEFT ON THE FLOOR AS BEING SOILED AFTER 2 USES. BED LINEN JUST NOT UP TO SNUFF, AND FURNITURE STAINED AND JUST LOOKED DIRTY. I EVEN HAD TO REPAIR THE SLIDING SCREEN DOOR SO THAT IT WOULD CLOSE SO THAT I COULD GET FRESH AIR AGAIN. I DOUBT I WILL STAY THERE AGAIN EVEN IF IT WAS FAIRLY INEXPENSIVE. NEXT YEAR WILL FORK OUT THE MONEY FOR A BETTER QUALITY MOTEL/HOTEL. ALSO VENDING MACHINES DID NOT WORK AT ALL AND NO ONE SEEMED TO CARE.

Clean and neat but no amenities. The workout room is a storage area. The breakfast was a huge disappointment--oatmeal or one type cereal, bagels and shredded croissants. Coffee was available, but no cream/sugar. If you are just passing through, this hotel is a good choice, but if you're staying more than overnight and would like the accomodations to add to your vacation I would suggest further research.

3RD FLOOR.... CARPET: stained and didn't feel like it was vaccuumed for a long time BED stiff, SHEETS: old, PILLOWS AND CASES: smelled funny and stiff, stained, BLANKET: very cheap, stiff, and thin comforter BATHROOM: towels:stained with orange n brown stuff, also very rough, MIRROR:nice size actually, TV: very old and small, FRONT DESK: Friendly PARKING: Not enough space for all the visitors, had to park far ROOM SERVICE: way too expensive for this type of hotel, $30 for chicken tenders that looked like frozen costco kids' nuggets and a sprite, delivery didn't take too long though (30min) NO ELEVATORS!! ALL OUTDOORS, ONLY STAIRS, LOTS OF PUDDLES ON ALL THE WALKWAYS, (a drag if it was snowing) OVERALL ROOM SMELLED LIKE CIGARETTES AND MOLD!!!!!! IT MADE IT VERY HARD FOR ME TO BREATHE AND EVEN SLEEP, MY SPOUSE AND I KEPT COUGHING ALL NIGHT I SAW A MOUSE IN THE VENT WHEN I WAS SITTING IN THE TABLE NEXT TO THE WINDOW ONE NIGHT, IT WAS CHEWING ON SOME FOOD THAT FELL INTO IT we asked for a non-smokers room and still got one
