A pretty nice place. I have never stayed at an Ayers hotel before but probably will in the future. Amenities were good and love the breakfast. Energy efficiant rooms requiring key card is a little bit of a pain but isn't so bad when you think about helping the enviroment a bit.

The rooms were elegant and clean. The staff worked to help arrange my car service to the airport and provided prompt free shuttle service to my meeting which was within 5 miles of the hotel. The hotel provided complimentary breakfast with plenty of hot and cold foods to choose from. Although I came for business purposes, in the future I would consider the Ayres properties for a family vacation.

The room was large with a very comfortable bed and large pillows. The room had a microwave, refrigerator, blow dryer, iron and ironing board. The style of furniture was pleasant, the work desk was nice, and the room was clean. I got a complimentary newspaper every morning along with a full complimentary breakfast. Everyone was pleasant and went out of their way to make sure my needs were met. I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the beautiful mountain setting and the hotel was just minutes away to everything I was looking for.

no bellman - the suite they advertise is not the room you'll get - my ""suite"" was no bigger than a normal hotel room -no couch -no table and chairs - manager said that they only have two of the room they advertise - breakfast is not cooked to order on weekends - we checked out early - don't do it !!!! you'll be happier elsewhere - go to a legit hotel

This hotel was very nice and clean, the rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. However, the staff was kind of snobby and rude. When I checked in the guy acted like I was wasting his time. When my husband asked for an omelet at breakfast he was told to wait. (they offer made to order breakfast which is nice if they will make it.)The hotel itself is very nice but the staff members act like they own it instead of work there.
