was traveling to the area for a wedding. I didn't like the non-fitted sheets. the room was large and the bed was fairly comfortable. the breakfast was ok--the staff seemed friendly. the pool was small and there was a bunch of kids rough-housing--had to wait to use the pool.

No fitted sheets on beds. The sheets just seemed dirty. We requested a change of sheets and please put fitted sheets on bed as they were totally uncomfortable all night moving everywhere, and that was ignored. We were charged an extra $ for having 2 ""extra"" people in our room, a total of 4 people, and that is WHY we chose a room with 2 Queen beds, and stated that 4 would be staying from the start. When we reported that my husband had slipped and fell in the parking lot because of the ICE we were told...""oh... it's been raining"". No effort or even a promise was made to salt it. Consequently, my son slipped on the ice and fell the following night with his laptop in hand which shattered his LT screen. We took it to repair and they told us it's RUINED. Breakfast was terrible! Some kind of scrambled eggs cut out into thin round shapes, sausage that tasted like cardboard... just all around disgusting! Cheap furniture, seemed dirty, over priced, they don't care about their patrons ..... don't go here!

My husband and I were up for a wekend trip and stayed at this Best Western. I admit that I have high standards for a hotel, so for the money it was good. But don't expect the housekeeping staff to hep if you have any questions, because none of them speak english. Also the buffet was kind of on the small side, nothing spectacular.
