The Ramada was more than I expected after reading previous reviews. However, considering it did have some age on it, the rooms were of good size and very clean and the bathroom a bit small and by the way no bugs.. So the bedspread was a bit faded, in that big of a hotel, it cost major dollars to renew the linens every time someone thinks they should be. They were clean and in good condition. The only complaint I would have is no elevators, We knew that going in. So we can't complain there. The breakfast was fantastic and served til 10:00 a.m. The desk help were friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable for the busy holiday season.

We were directed to this motel after a bad experience with another in the city. Staff was extremely helpful and motel room very acceptable. Found a minor problem with the room and it was corrected immediately. Wonderful free breakfast

We were surprised, this was our first time in Branson so we weren't sure about what Hotel to stay at but we are glad we chose the Ramada Resort our room was as nice as the description said with the exception that the bathroom needed to be updated some, more like some repainting but the room was clean and the breakfast was great, if you walked away hungry from breakfast that would be your fault not the food, it was always hot and wonderful and plentiful, we really enjoyed our stay at the Ramada Resort and Conference Center. And we will stay again when we return to Branson.

The hotel was different than expected, but nice. The location seemed great. The lobby was very nice and the employees helpful. Our room was nice, except the carpet was badly stained. The free breakfast had a nice selection, although we only ate there 2 out of the 4 mornings. My only MAJOR complaint is that there were NO ELEVATORS...and we were not made aware of that before hand. I was traveling with my mom, who is 76 and has bad knees (and I'm 4.5 months pregnant with restrictions). When the front desk clerk told us we were on the 4th floor and there were no elevators, I told her that wouldn't work. I was told there wasn't anything else available. She did tell us where we could park at a 3rd floor entrance so we'd only have to walk up 1 flight of stairs (and then walk down 20 or so rooms), which wasn't too bad. A very nice Ramada employee was walking by when we were trying to get our bags upstairs and he helped us carry everything, which was a lifesaver! Overall, it was a good experience and if I ever returned, I would consider staying there (I would just know to request a ground level room).

We reserved a room with 2 queen beds and got 1 king bed, but they made up for it because we had a refrigerator and 2 microwaves lots of room. The mattress was SO comfortable. We took the kids swimming and the pool was in need of repair, but you could still swim in it. The breakfast was good but both mornings we went had to wait on a table to open up so we could sit down.But all in all we had a good experience and would stay here again.
