We didn't know where we were going, had no time to research, nor learn anything about the Bahamas before hand, but not to worry! Everyone we met from the moment we got off the plane was helpful and all too happy to answer any tourist questionseven if some may have seemed a little silly. The shuttle from the airport was courteous, offerred a few travel tips ;should you chose to explore outside the resort, and even managed to get the weary travels to laugh a little. Upon our arrival, cold, lemon towels were passed out. The bell hops were all very insistent that you not "work" while staying with them, so don't even try to carry your own bag. Thanks to Christopher and Ricardo at the front Bell desk for all the laughs! We'd love to come work with you guys! Reminder that since this is all inclusive, tips are a no-go here. While you are walked to your rooms, the staff make mention of an Orientation that is run twice daily. TAKE IT! Especially if you are doing a short stay like we did, you'll save yourself valuble time looking for the various activities and restaurants. You'll also get to know a playmaker; - the staff who are supposed to get you moving and having fun... there are also other couples on the tour, so you can make some new friends to hang out with. Thanks to Intern Playmaker Natalie for the tour! We had a blast and will post you on YouTube soon! The rooms and mini-bar were kept pristine, and Joy did a great job cleaning our mess! Restaurants were all great - though be patient with your food at the Cricketers Pub at night. Be sure to ask for Jermaine aka 'Tiny' at Kimonos!

Wow. The Sandals Royal Bahamian Resort is simply awesome... we were welcomed with great smiles, champagne and helpful courteous staff each day. This placed turned out to be one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation choices of my life. There are two things that struck me most during that trip: beauty and service. The hotel, which has English Royalty history attached to it, a smooth beach, clear blue water, and a private Island exclusive to Sandals visitors made this location exquisite and sensual. The Service is Impeccable!!!! They cater to all of your needs with a terrific smile and they know when to chat and interact with their guests and when to leave you alone so that you can enjoy the scenery or the peacefulness of the beautiful surroundings. I would definitely recommend this resort to any couple looking to rekindle the romance or to just recharge.

I cannot say enough about this resort and the employees!! It was absolutely beautiful... First time to the Bahamas & plan to go back very soon. Sandals was even more than we expected... We certainly did not want to leave. They aren't kidding when they say all inclusive - you weren't even allowed to tip the employees. We still can't figure out where they found all their employees either because they were ALL sooo nice & genuine & would go out of their way to please you and make your stay better (plus a lot of them were really funny too hehe)!! The food was delicious (definitely go to the Japanese restaurant), the scenery was amazing, everywhere was clean, always a comfy place to sit, not too crowded, pools and hot tubs were gorgeous, the pub was open 24/7 if you wanted to hang out all night, && the entertainment was hilarious to boot! Needless to say we have already started planning our trip back =)

My wife and I had a great time at this resort. The private island, food and pools were the highlight of the trip. The event staff and the renatal staff were the best I have ever experienced at an all inclusive. No real nead to leave the resort unless you want to go and gamble at one of the casinos off property.

Most of the staff was very friendly. My complaint was too many flies. It seems a hotel of such quality would be able to do something about that. It was hard to just sit out and relax. The heat was enough to deal with but flies on you every second was not comfortable.
